Chicken Momo (Nepali Style)

Juicy spiced chicken wrapped in hand-rolled dough and steamed to perfection.
A beloved Nepali street food served with fiery tomato-sesame achar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 300 g ground chicken
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander
Instructions
- Prepare the dough and rest for 20–30 minutes.
- Mix chicken with onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and spices.
- Roll dough into small circles and fill with mixture.
- Seal and steam for 10–12 minutes.
- Serve hot with traditional tomato-sesame achar.
